What are general users, process instances, decision instances, and task users?
General user: any user who is part of the Organization. In order to access any of the Camunda SaaS components (Modeler, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize), a user must be part of the Organization on Camunda SaaS.
Process instance: refers to the execution of a BPMN process in the Zeebe Engine, independently of its current status (pending or completed). For example, you can run the same BPMN model 50 times, or run two different BPMN models 25 each.
Decision instance: refers to the execution of a DMN decision model in the Camunda Decision Engine. For example, run the same decision table 50 times, or run two different decision tables 25 times each.
Task user: refers to a distinct string assigned to a user task in the Camunda history. For example, if the same user has been assigned to more than one task during the Subscription Term, the task user will be only counted once.
