EABPMThe Certified Business Process Professional CBPP™ of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) and the European Association of BPM (EABPM) offers BPM practitioners a globally accepted certificate of their skill. The certificate is based on the stringent requirements of ISO 17024. The knowledge base is the CBOK® (Common Body of Knowledge BPM) and in-depth publications.

The seminar consists of two parts, which can also be booked separately and are held by CBPP™-certified trainers. In the first three-day part, the participants gain an overview of all knowledge areas of the CBOK®. Several exercises based on a continuous case study facilitate practical learning. The second part focuses on the prepartion for the exam, based on the knowledge gained during the first part. In a test exam the participants will get used to the multiple-choice situation. The seminar ends with the three-hour CBPP™ exam.

Requirements for certification

For the CBPP certification, you must meet certain entrance requirements. This in particular includes proof of practical experience in the area of process management.
