BPMN Training

Learn from practitioners. New! With BPMN 2.0!

The Business Process Modeling Notation is the global standard for process modeling, and brings business and IT together. We show you how to successfully use BPMN, independant from specific software tools. A a member of the OMG, we are directly involved in the development of the BPMN standard and thus offer you background information at first hand. We have used BPMN in numerous projects and are able to demonstrate its strengths and weaknesses based on our experience. Our methodological BPMN framework focuses on a better business-IT alignment and is a practical guide for daily project work.

The book for the training of camunda.

Dr. Martin Bartonitz, product manager at SAPERION: “In all chapters the authors’ profound practical experience with BPMN is obvious. This is especially true for the numerous examples and the corresponding modeling alternatives. Nothing remains unanswered and even the problems of the specification are discussed.”

The BPMN Training is a comprehensive introduction into the possibilities of BPMN. The experienced trainer was able to cope with all questions and discussions, supported by his vast practical experience. I have learned to use the full scope of BPMN. Beyond the syntax, a lot of best practises and challenges have been shown.

Dr. Klaus Schröder, Managing Consultant, S&N AG

The numerous practical examples showed me the benefit for my daily work. In addition possible challenges especially when it comes to the automation of process models were expressed. Thank you very much for the great training!

Walter Aeberhard, Application Manager, Bühler AG

Very content. Especially the practical examples from camunda’s consulting experience were very interesting and illustrated specific challenges of the BPMN.

Alexander Kiesswetter, CEO, Dexea GmbH

A great overview of the BPMN and a very useful comparison to other standards. The first hand information about the future development of the BPMN was very interesting. This information is based on camunda’s active participation in the standard committee. Due to the practical exercises we were able to develop a feeling for working with BPMN in practise.

Uwe Steixner, Consultant, USU AG

The workshop was very well prepared and professionally lead. Our goal was reached by a clear structure and a mutual choice of activities. Based on the profound knowledge along with the relevant materials we achieved the results in a flexible and pragmatic way. Bottom line: a goof mix of theory and practical work. Anytime again!

Bernhard Becker, Manager Business Process Consulting, centric InOne Germany

I want to emphasize the professionalism of the training. I do not think that it is usual to inspire all participants of such a heterogeneous group in the same training. Again thank you very much!

Alexander Schöne, NOVO Business Consultants AG

3 days of valuable information. Professionally presented and openly discussed. Very recommendable.

Markus Hübl, CEO, Springtime GmbH

The BPMN coaching was a mix of theory, practical examples and the analysis of our own processes. We especially enjoyed the combination of the solid competence and the informal way of transferring knowledge. The coaching took us a great step ahead and now we will start introducing our new knowledge step by step. The coaching materials are very good and a useful reference.
