The Business Process Modeling Notation is the global standard for process modeling, and brings business and IT together. We show you how to successfully use BPMN, independant from specific software tools. A a member of the OMG, we are directly involved in the development of the BPMN standard and thus offer you background information at first hand. We have used BPMN in numerous projects and are able to demonstrate its strengths and weaknesses based on our experience. Our methodological BPMN framework focuses on a better business-IT alignment and is a practical guide for daily project work.

Modules and Agenda
The training consists of three modules. Each module can be booked seperately.
Day 1: BPMN Basics (module 1) |

At the end of the day, the participants take a multiple-choice test on the content learned. The test is based on the basic symbols and principles of BPMN. Having passed the exam, the participants receive a certificat for BPMN Basics. |
Day 2: BPMN Advanced (module 2) |

At the end of the day, each participant creates a practical BPMN process model and explains the selected modeling approaches. Having passed the exam, the participants receive a certificat for BPMN Advanced. |
