camunda BPM roundtrip

camunda BPM roundtrip

Since 2004 we are dealing with Business Process Management and have accompanied numerous projects, from a single process documentation to the strategic introduction of BPM.
Our BPM roundtrip is a popular reference model to manage projects and to define the areas of action of effective BPM governance.
If you are interested, we would like to discuss the present situation of your company and the possible strategies to improve the process orientation of the organisation and the maturity levels of certain business processes.

Certification according to OCEB

OCEB stands for OMG Certified Expert in BPM. The OMG is a world-wide established institution which is responsible, among other things, for the standards of BPMN and UML. Especially the OCEB’s proximity to BPMN is an important argument for BPM practitioners because BPMN is part of the standard repertoire of process consultant today and will be queried in detail during the OCEB exam. The OCEB Certification consists of the three levels on the right, to each one camunda offers a preparatory seminar.

You can find more Information about OCEB at the OMG homepage.

The OCEB training by camunda has been a very helpful preparation: not only did we pass the exam but we also gained new insights into the fundamentals of process management. The training was rounded off by good materials and a pleasant workshop atmosphere.

Our overall impression of the business process management seminar is an outstanding one. the contens were conveyed in a friendly atmosphere by a professionally adept trainer and were illustrated by many practical examples. Exercises and allocated specialist literature completed the seminar.

After extensive experiences in process modelling and consulting with the notation BPMN 2.0 we took the next logical step: to certify the process consultants. This was the solid proof of our competences and of course the continuous improvement of our methods and techniques for the evaluation and optimizing of business processes. Because VEDA does not only want to consult better, but also achieve results at an early stage.
We experienced the trainer as a competent expert who was also open towards critical questions. The strong practical relevance was clearly noticeable due to our own experience with process modelling.
