The Business Process Modeling Notation is the global standard for process modeling, and brings business and IT together. We show you how to successfully use BPMN, independent from specific software tools. As a member of the OMG, we are directly involved in the development of the BPMN standard and thus offer you background information at first hand. We have used BPMN in numerous projects and are able to demonstrate its strengths and weaknesses based on our experience. Our methodological BPMN framework focuses on a better business-IT alignment and is a practical guide for daily project work.
